Four Years Delay in CRZ Approval in Goa

I Mr. Pralhad Narayandas Rathi, owner of Ramsukh Resorts & Spa successfully running Resorts at Kshetra Mahabaleshwar, Taluka Mahabaleshwar, Dist:- Satara since last 20 years.

I have purchased land approximately 32000 Sq. Mtrs. bearing S. No. 211/1-! And 215/1 at the Varca village, Taluka and sub-District of Salcete, District of South Goa in the year 2006-2008. We are very keen to establish Resorts/ Hotel in the Varca village.

Since 2010 we are been trying to get our layout sanction from the concern authorities like, CRZ, Goa State Pollution Control Board, and Environment department, Goa Town planning authorities etc.

My representatives are trying to follow up every week but no response yet.
